Fairlane Hotel is a 79-room independent boutique property in the heart of downtown Nashville. Our Room Attendants are central to the guest experience, ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
Fairlane Hotel is seeking a Part Time Room Attendant to ensure all guest rooms and floors are clean, sanitary, and well-stocked while providing a welcoming demeanor to all guests.
This role works individually and as part of a team to deliver the highest standard of guest experience.

Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

Clean kitchen areas, refrigerators, coffee makers, and dishware as applicable

Notify the supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied

Monitor and control supplies and amenities to minimize waste

Report, log, and turn in lost and found items per established procedures

Assist in training and developing fellow team members to increase productivity

Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments

Assist others once assigned duties are completed to support housekeeping and laundry efforts

Report maintenance or room issues to supervisors or engineering staff

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout guest floors for extended periods; lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs regularly

Prior housekeeping experience

Experience in a luxury or boutique hotel setting
On-property position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
