This is a full-time, in-person position right here in the Greater Boston area. You'll work with customers, build real relationships, and help deliver top-tier AT&T products and services. If you love sales, connecting with people, and room to grow, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do as a Full Time Team Lead
- Represent AT&T with friendly professionalism in every customer interaction
- Get to know customers, understand what they need, and match them with the right AT&T products and services
- Drive sales through great service and solid product know-how
- Guide customers through the whole process so they leave happy, start to finish
- Help with account management, follow-ups, and answering any questions that come up
- Team up with coworkers and leadership to hit shared sales goals
- Stay in the loop on AT&T promotions, wireless products, and service offerings
- Build your leadership, communication, and sales skills in a hands-on, supportive setting
What We're Looking For in our Full Time Team Lead
- Some background in sales, customer service, retail, or telecom is a plus
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and at home in a fast-paced setting
- A knack for building rapport quickly and keeping relationships positive
- Good problem-solving instincts and a team-first attitude
- Leadership potential and a real desire to move up

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
