Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement programs that support elderly and disabled residents’ housing needs, emphasizing independence and community integration.
- Manage day-to-day operations of housing facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Supervise staff members across multiple departments, fostering a positive work environment through effective management, coaching, and professional development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, community partners, healthcare providers, and funding agencies to enhance service delivery and program sustainability.
- Oversee program development initiatives that expand housing options, improve resident services, and incorporate behavioral health support where needed.
- Develop and manage budgets efficiently, ensuring financial stability while maintaining high-quality resident care and facility maintenance.
- Lead efforts in program evaluation and continuous improvement to meet evolving community needs and organizational goals.
Experience
- Proven management experience in housing programs or social services related to elderly or disabled populations.
- Demonstrated success in program development, implementation, and evaluation within a nonprofit or government setting.
- Supervising experience with teams responsible for social work, behavioral health services, or related fields.
- Strong background in relationship management with diverse stakeholders including residents, families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Extensive administrative experience involving budgeting, compliance oversight, and program management.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
