We are looking for a reliable, organized, hard-working person with an upbeat, cheerful personality to join our Waggy Tails Dog Grooming.
Schedule Details:
-This position is for 3-5 days a week (*based on the candidate's desired hours).
-We are open Tuesday- Friday and every other Saturday.
***Only 1-2 Saturday's a month would be needed at this time.
-Shifts are usually start between 8-9AM and end between 3:30-5PM (usually no longer then 8 hours)
This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow within our company.
The tasks for the Dog Grooming Administrative Position include but are not limited to:
-Checking in and out our beloved clients/dogs
-Running the front desk
-Answering the phone, emails, texts (using proper grammar)
-Managing our social media accounts
-Counting Money
-Data Entry
-Scheduling appointments
-Cleaning
-Organizating
- Performing light grooming duties like brushing or drying
-Assisting Groomers and Grooming Assistants however they may need
-Helping the day run as smoothly as possible.
Applicants must haves:
-at least 18 years of age
-able to lift 40lbs.
-Must live within 15 miles/30 minutes of Waggy Tails Dog Grooming, 3 Greenlawn Ave, South Grafton, MA.
-They need to be able to focus in a fast paced environment and write using proper grammar.
-Must be able to use an iphone.
It is important to know that grooming and bathing and checking in and out dogs is a very physical job that is also very rewarding and fun.
This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow within our company.
