Position Summary
As an E-Commence & Drop Ship Analyst, you will play a key role in expanding our reach across our online channels. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day growth of our ecommerce and drop-ship partners. This role focuses primarily on supporting customers, while maintaining accurate product information and communication across our customers’ online stores. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to work independently with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
What you Will Do
- Update and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Input and verify product data, including descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Upload and manage product images, ensuring customers have A+ content needed
- Communicating with customers to obtain current product information and assets
- Regularly audit listings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor drop-ship inventory levels and feeds, collaborate with IT department to ensure accuracy, assist supply chain team for any inventory re-ordering needs.
- Communicate with accounts regarding order status, changes, and inquiries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, sales, operations, finance, and licensing teams
- Work with our warehouse & production teams to ensure orders are being fulfilled and shipped on time per customer dating & lead-times
- On-board new & existing partners while leading the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process to ensure proper electronic transmissions between our partners and our internal ERP systems
Qualifications
Required
- 1-2 years of experience working with e-commerce accounts & platforms, customer service, merchandising, or related field, preferably in a CPG environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Possesses a team-first attitude and be willing to help in all areas of business as required, even if those temporary efforts are not specific to your roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Prior experience setting up and integrating EDI between partner ERP sites
- Consumer Products/Data Analyst/Sales Support/Customer Service experience preferred
- Familiarity with wholesale order management systems and/or EDI systems is a plus.
- Sports fan with knowledge of major leagues and teams

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
