About Our Team
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to drive the in-market success of Lenovo Qira (AI), a across-device personal-AI for PCs, tablets, and smartphones.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, with a strong emphasis on field enablement, live demonstrations, and partner engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly collaborative, and is passionate about bringing innovative AI experiences to life for customers and partners.
Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL; Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Travel: The expected travel for this role is 20-30%.
What You'll Do
1. Event & Demo Ownership

Own the end-to-end Lenovo Qira demo strategy across customer, partner, sales, and executive engagements

Create compelling live demonstrations of Lenovo Qira across multiple devices (PC, tablet, phone)

Ensure consistent, high-quality representation of the AI experience for in-person and virtual engagements

Translate product capabilities into clear, engaging, real-world use cases

Create, manage, and continuously improve a library of standardized demo scripts, demo flows, FAQs, and supporting assets

Ensure demo environments, devices, software builds, and content are fully prepared, tested, and ready ahead of all events and customer meetings

Partner with product and engineering teams to stay current on the latest Lenovo Qira capabilities and ensure demos reflect the latest roadmap and feature set

Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation owner for all demo-related requests, issues, and logistics

Train and certify sales teams, field teams, and partners on how to deliver consistent and effective Lenovo Qira demonstrations

Tailor demo experiences for different audiences, including retail partners, distributors, enterprise customers, and executive stakeholders

Gather feedback from demos and customer interactions to improve messaging, product positioning, and future demo content
2. Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

Support partner meetings, including retail partners, distributors, and enterprise customers

Act as a subject matter expert on Lenovo Qira AI capabilities and value proposition

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
3. Sales Enablement & Field Support

Collaborate closely with sales leaders and field teams to support pipeline development and deal acceleration

Equip sales teams with tools, messaging, and demo strategies to effectively position Lenovo Qira
-
Provide hands-on support for key opportunities, including customer presentations and proof-of-concept demonstrations
4. Go-to-Market Execution

Support the rollout of GTM strategies for Lenovo Qira across device categories

Ensure AI software is positioned as an integrated part of the device experience, not an add-on

Gather and share field insights and feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to refine messaging, demos, and positioning

Contribute to the development of sales assets, training materials, and demo content
Basic Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in go-to-market, sales enablement, product marketing, field marketing, or demo program management
-
Experience in consumer electronics, software, or AI-driven products
-
Proven experience owning or managing product demonstrations for customers, partners, or executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications

Strong presentation and demo skills—comfortable engaging both small groups and large audiences

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel for events, partner meetings, and field support

Flexibility for evening meetings and calls
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150K - $160K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
