Williams NationaLease is hiring an entry-level Shop Support & Maintenance Tech for our PM shop in Normal, IL. Every day, our fleet keeps goods moving and customers served. The PM team makes it happen by ensuring trucks are road-ready before they leave the yard. Your role is critical—keeping our fleet healthy, productive, and on the road where it earns.
Position Requirements

Auto or Diesel experience required

Tractor-trailer experience not required, but preferred

Basic hand tools and toolbox preferred

Valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Pay & Schedule

$20-$23/hour based on experience

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
-
Saturdays as needed
-
$2/hour shift differential
-
On-call rotation with additional pay
What You'll Do

Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers

Change oil, filters, and fluids

Provide driver support in handling breakdowns

General shop maintenance and cleaning

Prep and clean trucks
