Description
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that company facilities operate safely, efficiently, and productively. This role is the primary point of contact for facility operations, building maintenance, landlord relations, vendor oversight, workplace safety, and multi-site coordination. The Facilities Supervisor also manages repairs and preventive maintenance, supports compliance requirements, and helps ensure each office remains fully operational and aligned with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Multi-site regional support: Support ICF Northeast Mid-Atlantic (NEMA) locations, in partnership with local management to promote consistency, coordination, and operational alignment.
Project Coordination: Ability to manage facility improvement projects, expansion and right sizing renovations, space planning initiatives, including occupancy and surrender processes.
Facility operations: Oversee the daily readiness, functionality, and overall condition of facilities, including HVAC, security, health and safety, meeting coordination and other duties as assigned.
Facilities Partner: Support Facilities initiatives, fostering strong collaboration across ICF lines of business and operations teams to drive unified and high-impact outcomes.
Maintenance and repairs: Plan, coordinate, and track routine preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize business disruption.
Vendor management: Manage service contracts, negotiate terms, monitor vendor performance, and oversee third-party providers such as cleaning and canteen services to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Landlord and property management relations: Serve as the primary liaison with building owners and property management teams to resolve facility issues, support lease compliance, and coordinate facility improvements.
Compliance and safety: Help ensure workplaces meet applicable local safety, fire, and health regulations.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to travel, including multi-day trips, with the ability to adjust schedules across different time zones and evolving project priorities. Hybrid – onsite 3 days per week. 365/24/7 on call as needed.

Technical Knowledge and Core Skills
Building systems knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire suppression systems.
Communication and stakeholder engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving: Ability to act decisively during facility emergencies, such as power outages or water leaks, to minimize business disruption.
Language skills: Second language fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$98,187.00 - $166,919.00
