Qualifications and Skills
An ideal candidate has:
· 10+ years welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick)
· 7 years demonstrated experience TIG welding stainless steel
· Demonstrated experience welding sanitary, food and pharma grade equipment
· Experience fabricating tanks, hoppers and/or cones
· Orbital welding experience is a plus
· Tacking, Fitting, Shaping, Forming experience
· Experience with various hand tools, press brakes, or machine shop equipment is a plus
· Must be able to proficiently interpret blueprints and fabricate accordingly
· Has a firm understanding of working for a family business and has a team first mentality
· Has a positive attitude with an ability to overcome job shop challenges
