Position Highlights
- Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Type: Full-Time, Center-Based, with very minimal travel to schools, within 15 miles of the clinic
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only
- Location: Jupiter, FL
- Salary Range: $82,000–$87,000 (based on experience) plus bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and make data-driven adjustments
- Supervise and support our skilled and dependable team of RBTs and student analysts
- Provide parent training and skill generalization support
- Collaborate with schools and other professionals
- Deliver primarily center-based services with minimal local travel to schools
Requirements
- BCBA certification (BACB) with 1+ year of experience
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience with children ages 2–12 with Autism
- Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
- Background screen
- Professional liability insurance
