Duties
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach within assigned territories
- Conduct comprehensive product demos to educate clients on roofing options, materials, and installation processes
- Manage existing accounts effectively by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities across designated regions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales while maintaining profitability goals
- Utilize CRM software such as JobNimbus to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or home improvement industry preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies
- Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
