Office hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:

Visit and assess clients in their homes.

Communicate with doctors, clients, families, and staff.

Complete nursing assessments and documentation.

Supervise, train, and schedule certified aides.

Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and agency policies.
Requirements:

Active RN license.

Professional, reliable, and personable.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively.
