What You’ll Do
- Safely operate end dump trucks in accordance with all DOT regulations and company policy
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Keep assigned equipment clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Represent MVP1 Trucking with professionalism on every job site
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 1-2 years of end dump experience preferred
- Clean driving record and commitment to safety
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

Compensation
Pay is based on a combination of hourly and job-type work. Established drivers have room for increased earning potential based on performance and available work.
