About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Restaurant Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. As a host, you set the tone for the entire dining experience. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with professionalism, and keep the flow of the restaurant running smoothly during both service and peak hours.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, has strong people skills, and understands the importance of first impressions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in seating
- Communicate clearly with servers and management to maintain smooth table flow
- Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with questions
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Support front-of-house operations as needed during service
Qualifications
- Previous hosting or customer service experience preferred (restaurant experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
