Inside Sales & Warehouse Specialist
Apex Shear Blades
Apex Shear Blades is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
We’re a small but fast-moving company that believes in working hard, taking care of customers, and building something long-term. This isn’t the kind of job where you’re stuck doing the same repetitive task every day — you’ll be involved in multiple parts of the business, make a real impact, and have the opportunity to learn and grow over time.
If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys staying busy, likes solving problems, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team where your effort actually matters, we’d love to talk to you.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but responsibilities include:

- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
- Managing and organizing inventory
- Sending invoices to customers
- Following up on customer accounts and overdue invoices
- Supporting inside sales and day-to-day operations
- Helping keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the business from multiple angles and play an important part in keeping operations moving smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone who checks every single box — we’re looking for someone with the right mindset.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Take ownership and follow through
- Communicate well and work effectively with others
- Can work independently and stay productive
- Have strong attention to detail
- Enjoy learning new things
- Bring a positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Like staying organized and getting things done efficiently
- Identify areas of improvement that will help the business
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy solving problems
- Are dependable, motivated, and ready to grow
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in an administrative or support role preferred with focus on QB
- 2+ years working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. We’re willing to train and support the right person who’s motivated, reliable, eager to learn and has a great attitude.
