Hardscaping & Landscaping Foreman (B+ Level)

We’re looking for a solid, experienced installer with real hands-on knowledge in hardscaping and landscaping who’s ready to take on more responsibility.
You don’t need to know everything — but you must already know a good amount.

- Retaining walls
- Grading & drainage
- Landscape installs & final grading

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Have strong experience in both hardscaping and landscaping
- Understand proper base prep, grading, and drainage
- Take pride in clean work and jobsite organization
- Are coachable and want to grow into a stronger leadership role
- Can work independently but follow company standards
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day hardscape and landscape installs
- Work alongside the crew while helping guide production
- Operate equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, plate compactor, saws)
- Help train and support less-experienced crew members
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Communicate issues early and clearly
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years hardscaping and landscaping experience
- Experience with:
- Pavers
- Retaining walls
- Base prep & grading
- Drainage basics
- Planting, final grade, seed/sod
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and punctual
Not entry-level. Not a laborer role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Hardscape: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CDL (Preferred)
