Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within designated regions.
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of successful deal closing.
- Strong skills in account management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and lead generation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to conduct compelling product demos.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software platforms; proficiency in sales management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment while maintaining high motivation and discipline.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and inside or outside sales strategies.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
