Pay Rate: $24–$28/hr (based on experience)
Overview 职位概述
We are hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Lead to support daily inventory control operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, leading cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
- Lead cycle counts and inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS
- Support inbound/outbound inventory verification
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve issues
- Ensure proper inventory organization
- Guide and support team members
- Operate forklifts as needed (if certified)

Qualifications 任职要求
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiar with WMS and cycle counting
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred
- Order Picker experience is a plus
- 2年以上库存管理或仓库相关工作经验
- 有组长或主管经验者优先
- 熟悉WMS系统及循环盘点流程
- 具备较强的细节意识和责任心
- 优先考虑中英文双语（English / Mandarin）候选人

Physical Requirements 体能要求
- Lift up to 40 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
