As a Retail Sales Associate, you will serve as the direct connection between customers and the AT&T services they rely on every day. The Retail Sales Associate position is an in-person role focused on customer engagement, sales support, and enrollment assistance while valuing performance-based growth for individuals who are excited to represent high-demand connectivity solutions in the communities
Daily Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Associate:
- Engage face-to-face and enroll customers, ensuring they understand AT&T’s services.
- Execute sales campaigns to boost enrollment rates.
- Promote AT&T internet and home connectivity services based on individual household needs while answering questions about new services and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training to improve performance as a Retail Sales Associate
- Represent client brands professionally in all interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a memorable customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollment details, and collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve sales and customer service goals and improve overall business success
- Learn and develop real-world skills in sales, marketing, and customer engagement, preparing for future growth opportunities and leadership roles.
Qualifications for our next Retail Sales Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in entry-levelRetail Sales Associate roles, telecommunications, fiber internet, and wireless services
- Previous customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
