Scot Industries is a leading manufacturing company (www.scotindustries.com) with 12 locations throughout the country. We are looking for energetic candidates with an ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Candidates are responsible for the planning, purchasing, organization, management and all other supervisory duties of the Quality Assurance department. Administration and execution of the quality management system per ISO 9001 standards. The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for verification of product to specifications, preparation of PPAP materials, internal audits, and other ancillary Quality functions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a QA technician or other related position
- Problem-Solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility
- Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Past leadership experience preferred (scholastic, work, and/or organizations)
- Ability to use measurement equipment and design data collection activities
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Must be eligible to be legally employed in the United States
