Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Team Member AM, where you will be the vital first point of contact during morning shifts, delivering exceptional food service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing cash, credit card payments, and handling refunds or exchanges
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation tasks
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting sanitation efforts to uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Strong food handling knowledge along with understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail transactions accurately
- Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
- Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a food industry setting is advantageous
- Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $11.00 - $14.50 per hour
