- Lead daily QC activities to ensure equipment is properly inspected, tested, prepared, and processed according to established quality standards.
- Manage and support QC Leads and Technicians across multiple technical disciplines, including video, audio, lighting, LED, and media systems.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for equipment inspection, functionality testing, and return processing.
- Maintain efficient workflows that support production schedules and changing operational priorities.
- Track equipment performance trends and partner with repair and engineering teams to support preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement decisions.
- Oversee quality reporting and equipment failure tracking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate QC team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and accuracy.
- Provide leadership, scheduling support, and clear direction to help the team perform at a high level.
- Work closely with logistics, project, inventory, and warehouse stakeholders to prioritize critical show requirements and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Serve as an escalation point for equipment discrepancies, missing inventory, and broader quality concerns.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or AV production logistics.
- 2+ years of experience leading or supervising teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, show systems, and production workflows.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or leadership training are preferred.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and team development skills.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and quality control processes.
