We require a full-time Client Success Advocate. The right candidate will be proficient in technology-based programs, professional, able to learn quickly utilizing multiple platforms, monitors, and programs, and multitask while providing first-rate customer service to our partners & clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote opportunity based in UT.
Duties-
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, stakeholders, clients, and coworkers, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work on multiple screens at a time with numerous programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Ability to achieve organizational performance standards such as Average Handle Time, Schedule Adherence, and other predetermined metrics
- Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information
- Ability to remain stationary for long periods, generally in the same area
- Willing to perform other operational tasks as needed
Experience-
- Proven experience in client support and quality assurance
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute with a high rate of accuracy. A Typing test will be sent and required if your application is selected for review
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including grammar and spelling. A test will be sent and required if your application is selected for review
- 2+ years of phone customer service experience; non-call-center setting
- Positive and professional phone etiquette is a must
- Capability to effectively retain procedural and operational information, enabling proficient explanation and troubleshooting with clients.
Job Specifics
Full Time, Monday-Friday
- Shift may vary but will be between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Mountain Time
- Training hours may differ
