Summary:
The Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for reviewing closed loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to final delivery, funding confirmation, and investor shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure all required documents are signed, dated, and properly executed
- Clear post-closing conditions and resolve document deficiencies
- Coordinate corrections with closing agents, title companies, and internal teams
- Prepare loan files for investor delivery and recordation
- Track and follow up on trailing documents (final title, recorded docs, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and meet post-closing timelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of mortgage post-closing or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of mortgage documents and closing processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Familiarity with investor and compliance requirements a plus

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
