Collision Center receptionist
Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Insurance claim open
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines using calendar management tools, ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer records, insurance documents, and repair orders, both digitally and physically
- Assist Estimators to support all they need
- Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents, data entry, filing, and managing correspondence with clients and insurance companies
- Assist with general office duties such as managing supplies, handling mail, and supporting team members with clerical needs
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
