Job Summary
ENG Developers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping teams in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. As a key leader on our crew, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality workmanship across all landscape maintenance, installation, and horticultural tasks. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure healthy and attractive landscapes.
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, and installation of features such as irrigation systems and lighting.
- Manage team schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Oversee the proper use of equipment and tools; ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide mentorship and training to crew members in horticulture practices, gardening techniques, and construction methods.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to coordinate project details and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- 3+ plus years proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping installation, or related fields with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening methods, and general landscape maintenance.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with construction tools is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving project goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
