As an LVN, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized behavioral health skills while caring for patients with a wide range of psychiatric needs.

The
Montford Psychiatric Unit is a 550-bed inpatient psychiatric facility dedicated to providing specialized mental healthcare for a diverse patient population. This unique setting provides nurses with the opportunity to gain experience caring for patients with complex behavioral health needs while working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (4 on/ 4 off)
Enjoy a predictable rotating schedule that provides four consecutive workdays followed by four consecutive days off, offering excellent work-life balance.

Competitive Pay – Earn a strong salary plus shift differential:-
Night Differential: +$3/hr on weekday nights
