Electrical Foreman – Commercial Electrical
Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects for one of our premier clients. Pay: $32-$44 BOE

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and provide direction to electricians and helpers.
- Maintain project documentation and build positive customer relationships.
- Perform electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial electrical and control systems.
- Install and repair relays, starters, switches, motors, motor control centers (MCCs), switchgear, transformers, power distribution equipment, heat tracing systems, cable trays, and associated electrical components.
- Determine conduit sizing, pull conductors, make terminations, and install junction boxes.
- Support electrical installations, retrofits, equipment replacements, and commercial construction projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely while complying with NEC, OSHA, and applicable local codes.
Qualifications
- Foreman-level experience in commercial electrical construction.
- Proven ability to lead projects and supervise electrical crews with minimal oversight.
- Strong knowledge of commercial power distribution and control wiring.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
- Trade school education preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
