Responsibilities
- Safely operate your vehicles to deliver products, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high safety standards
- Deliver according to company policy and customer instructions, providing timely and conscientious delivery to ensure proper product placement and presentation
- Handle merchandise with proper technique to ensure safety and prevent injury
- Maintain accurate time, milage and delivery logs, route documentation with diligence and integrity.
- Communicate issues or questions promptly and succinctly to facilitate the best possible outcome.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving or delivery roles preferred; a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with management, customers and team members
- Familiarity with route driving software or GPS systems for efficient navigation
- Ability to perform lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and delivery priorities effectively
