26FT BOX TRUCK DRIVER — REGIONAL / OTR

This is a serious over-the-road position for experienced drivers only. We are not looking to train beginners, babysit drivers, or micromanage people who cannot operate independently.
DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You have never driven a 26ft box truck
- You are not comfortable staying on the road Monday–Friday
- You cannot confidently use a liftgate and pallet jack alone
- You constantly need supervision or step-by-step direction
- You have attendance issues, poor communication, or excuses
- You cannot handle freight safely without damaging cargo
- You are unreliable, unorganized, or late regularly
- You are looking for temporary work “until something better comes up”
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Running regional multi-state routes with consistent miles
- Operating a 26ft box truck safely and professionally
- Loading/unloading freight using pallet jacks and liftgates
- Securing cargo properly to prevent claims and damage
- Completing BOLs, PODs, inspections, and delivery paperwork
- Staying in communication with dispatch throughout trips
- Managing routes efficiently with minimal oversight
REQUIREMENTS:
- EXPERIENCE operating a 26ft box truck (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license with a solid driving history
- Must be physically capable of handling freight
- Must understand load securement and freight handling
- Must be dependable, professional, and responsive
- CDL is a plus, but not required

- Take pride in keeping equipment and freight in good condition
- Want steady work and consistent operations
