Job Summary: MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in our New Holland PA plant to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans, codes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and plans.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and site staff.

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Monitor quality control to ensure all work meets design requirements and industry standards.

Manage project schedules and resolve delays or site issues proactively.

Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and inspections.

Track materials, equipment, and site logistics to maintain productivity.

Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and clients.

Occasional travel to job sites to inspect on-site conditions and supervise company owned scopes.
Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of methods of construction, procedures, practices, materials, equipment, tools, precautions, and safety.

Minimum 2-years work experience related to the Company’s products and services

Minimum 5-years’ experience in the building construction industry with some supervision experience helpful

Minimum High School graduate with strong math skills; with some college preferred
