USN is seeking experienced NICU Nurses for a potential strike in Massachusetts. Hourly rates will vary per specialty.
NICU RNs will care for critically ill neonates in a Level II/III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Recent NICU experience required
- Experience in Level II and/or Level III NICU settings
- Experience caring for premature and critically ill newborns
- Experience with high-frequency ventilators, cooling therapy, and complex neonatal care
- Ability to respond to high-risk deliveries preferred

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent Registered Nurse experience
- Must have an RN license
- Must have current BLS
