Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Ramen Runner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by efficiently delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the tables. Duties
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests at their tables.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing as needed.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and best practices in handling food items.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience with cooking, food preparation, or culinary arts is a plus.
- Familiarity with banquet service and guest services in a hospitality environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
