Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary and specialized care across diverse patient populations, including those in acute, chronic, and geriatric settings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments utilizing advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients across various specialties such as geriatrics,, emergency medicine, behavioral health and others.
- Document patient encounters accurately using EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, and Athenahealth while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient education on health coaching topics including nutrition, family planning, memory care, Alzheimer’s care and others
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current state certification for adult practice.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic (including CPT coding), Cerner, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks; familiarity with ICD-9/10 coding is preferred..
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team; excellent communication skills are essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $112,672.05 - $135,691.08 per year
