We are a boutique trial litigation firm representing hospital systems, insurers, physicians, and healthcare professionals in high-stakes matters across 13 states. Our work includes medical malpractice defense, sexual assault defense, mass tort litigation, and catastrophic injury cases.

The Work
Medical malpractice defense demands more than procedural skill. Each case requires mastering a new area of medicine or science. Our paralegals serve an integral role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation. Paralegals might be asked to research, identify and communicate with experts; review and chronologize complex medical records; conduct medical research; undertake opposition research; communicate and coordinate with clients and witnesses; support the litigation in varying ways and exercise creative and adaptive thinking.
The work is demanding. It is intellectually rigorous. It carries real responsibility. It is also meaningful in a way that few litigation practices are. We are fortunate to serve those who serve our communities.

Who We’re Looking For

· Medical malpractice experience preferred, not required
