Cynergy Property Management is seeking an experienced, confident, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Princeton Parc Apartments, a 200-unit apartment community located in Melbourne, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and thrives working with both residents and prospects.
You'll work alongside an experienced Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and maintenance team while playing a key role in the daily operations and leasing success of the community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Minimum 5 years of apartment property management experience
- Experience using Entrata is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the complete leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Conduct apartment tours and effectively sell apartment homes
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, notices, and resident correspondence
- Process applications and maintain accurate resident files
- Assist with rent collections and resident account management
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and apartment readiness
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and vacant apartment inspections
- Perform regular property walks to identify curb appeal, safety, and maintenance concerns
- Maintain accurate records using Entrata
- Support the Property Manager with the daily operations of the community
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent walking throughout the property, including climbing stairs, inspecting apartment homes, and touring the community with prospective residents. Candidates should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
