Description of role: Our growing agency is in need of a licensed customer service representative who enjoys solving problems for clients. Our team members are welcoming and truly care about each other and our clients. Our systems give step-by-step procedures in handling many facets of our business and our technology utilized to run the business is cutting edge.
Tasks:
- Working with the agency in growing our business.
- Answering incoming customers calls regarding billing issues, policy changes, claim reporting and general client concerns.
- Updating customer information in our agency management systems during and after each call.
- Keeping notes regarding conversations with clients for future reference.
- Solving clients problems and making them clients for life.
Skills and requirements:
- P & C insurance licensed.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Must be dedicated to showing up for work consistently and on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Expertise in varying computer skills and programs.
Work schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 5:00.
