We’re hiring Resident Assistants to support our residents in a non-clinical role while preparing for your next step: becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

What You’ll Do:
- Support residents with non-care tasks like making beds, setting up meals, and escorting to activities
- Provide companionship and a welcoming presence
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment
- Communicate resident needs to licensed staff
