ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Lancaster, CA. Already have your CDL? No training contracts, no obligations — start earning $1,500–$1,600/week immediately. This is a beginner-friendly position with no experience minimums and no hidden fine print. You'll run consistent regional lanes across California, Arizona, and Nevada with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $78,000 – $83,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,600
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 2,100 – 2,500 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Lancaster, CA
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
