Senior Commercial Fire Alarm & Low Voltage Systems Technician
Fireside Security is seeking an experienced Commercial Fire Alarm & Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team.
We specialize in commercial fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, structured cabling, and integrated security systems throughout Northern California.

Responsibilities
Install, service, troubleshoot, inspect and commission:
- Commercial Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV/IP Video Surveillance
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Fiber Optic Cabling
- Network Infrastructure
Additional responsibilities include:
- Read blueprints, riser diagrams and wiring schematics
- Perform service calls and emergency repairs
- Program commercial fire alarm and access control systems
- Conduct annual inspections and testing
- Install conduit, cable pathways and equipment
- Complete digital service reports
- Coordinate with project managers and general contractors
- Train customers on system operation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and inventory
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial low-voltage experience
Experience installing and servicing:
- Commercial Fire Alarm
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Intrusion Systems
- Structured Cabling
Must be able to:
- Read blueprints
- Read electrical schematics
- Read fire alarm risers
- Troubleshoot independently
- Lift 75 lbs
- Work on ladders and lifts
- Maintain a valid California Driver License
- Pass a background check

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
