Duties
A Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing guest experiences, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Registration: Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide room keys. Verify reservations and handle any special requests workable.com+1.
- Reservation Management: Manage reservations through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online booking systems. Ensure accurate data entry to prevent overbooking.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Strive to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
- Check-Out Process: Efficiently manage the check-out process, including processing payments and issuing invoices. Ensure that all guest accounts are settled accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and management staff to ensure that rooms are ready for guests and that any issues are promptly addressed.
