Job Summary
Greets and assists patients upon arrival. Completes pre-registration, onsite registration, and check-in for all appointments. Facilitates all necessary workflows for scheduled and unscheduled patients.
Performs extensive clerical duties, including but not limited to the following: answers phones, schedules patients, reviews insurance information with patients, verifies health plan benefit coverage and eligibility, and calls to confirm appointments.
Regulatory Requirements

Previous experience in an office setting or registering patients, preferred.

Physical Demands
- Physical posture: Primarily sedentary; sitting for prolonged periods. Occasional standing and walking throughout unit/office to retrieve records, deliver documents, or meet.
