We are seeking a reliable and courteous Driver to provide transportation services to our patients and staff. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers, while also fostering a positive and respectful environment throughout the community.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a motor vehicle to transport patients, staff, and visitors as needed
Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and equipped with necessary supplies
Maintain accurate records of daily routes, mileage, and patient transportation
Provide patient care and assistance as needed, including transfer of patients with mobility or medical needs
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
Liaise with healthcare teams to coordinate transportation arrangements
Report any incidents or accidents to management and complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, push, or pull patients as needed up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Verifiable experience driving large vehicles or patient transportation preferred
