- Track project milestones, budget variances, and critical dates, and communicate clear updates and action items.
- Support site selection, due diligence, test fits, and tenant improvement planning where projects intersect with occupancy strategy.
- Own key portions of project execution, including vendor coordination, meeting cadence, and follow-ups, while escalating issues as needed.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and relationship development efforts as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, construction management, owner’s representation, development, or related commercial real estate roles.
- Experience supporting or managing commercial projects with increasing responsibility across budgets, schedules, and vendors.
- Strong working knowledge of design and construction processes, contracts, and project controls.
- Ability to operate independently on workstreams while collaborating within a broader project team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex project information into clear updates.
- High ownership mindset with strong organization and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and project tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meetings and job sites, with occasional out-of-state travel.
