Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible to the licensed nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor. The Certified Nursing Assistant assists the licensed nurse in the direct care of patients, performs non-invasive procedure which do not require sterile technique, performs routine unit maintenance as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card.
- Well-groomed and demonstrates appropriate, professional conduct.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
- Aide certification as determined by the laws of the State of Oregon.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 75 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to communicate therapeutically.
- Possess the ability to provide care for the patients’ age-specific, cultural, physical and psychosocial well-being.

Day Shift 0600 - 1830
Compensation:
$19.22 - $26.49 Per Hour DOE
