Dental Hygiene & Treatment Coordinator
Twin Aspen Dental Center is a thriving, family-focused practice in Parker, CO, known for exceptional clinical care and top-notch customer service. We're looking for a reliable, communicative Dental Hygiene & Treatment Coordinator to keep our hygiene department running smoothly and ensure every patient has an outstanding experience.
This is a front-office coordination role at the heart of our practice. You'll manage the hygiene schedule, guide patients through their treatment plans, and serve as a trusted point of contact from the moment they call to the moment they leave.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize the hygiene schedule to keep the department productive and running on time
- Answer incoming calls professionally and warmly, handling scheduling and patient questions
- Present treatment plans to patients, explaining recommended care and helping them move forward with confidence
- Handle insurance verification, benefits questions, claims, and financial arrangements
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate follow-ups, recall, and case acceptance to keep patients on track with their care
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team and front office to ensure a seamless patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Dentrix experience required
- Experience in dental administration, including a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Proven background in scheduling, treatment coordination, and insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine, patient-first approach
- Reliability, strong organization, and excellent follow-through
