Requirements:
- Appropriate current (within one year) CPR, First Aid
- Completion of State required Concussion Management Training Course
- Connecticut Coaching Certification (information available at www.state.ct.us/sde)
- Qualified candidates please submit an online application at www.stafford.k12.ct.us

- Please include a copy of your Connecticut coaching certification, copy of certificate
for completing the concussion course, copies of valid CPR and First Aid cards, and
three letters of reference.
