Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical or Welding Experience Required
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm + rotating weekends
$25–$29/hr + 90 Day Bonus + Annual Bonus + Full Benefits
We are particularly interested in candidates with either strong electrical troubleshooting experience or welding/fabrication experience.
Candidates do not need both skill sets to be considered.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong welding or electrical skills, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 1–5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting mindset (mechanical required)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Communicates well with teammates
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes
- Perform preventative maintenance and rebuild equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Work from work orders and document repairs
- Partner with production to keep operations running
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
