We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Energy & Power recruiting team, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Energy & Power Utilities Design Engineering talent pipeline. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering full‑cycle recruiting solutions for some of the most technically complex and business‑critical engineering positions across our global Energy & Power portfolio.

This role can be based in a Jacobs office, hybrid, or 100% remote, with minimal travel for key meetings as designated by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager.

You’ll maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activity and ensure timely communication throughout the process. You’ll build robust talent pipelines and project‑specific engineering rosters that accelerate future hiring.
You’ll also prepare and deliver recruiting reports to share with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager teams. As a champion of Jacobs’ culture of inclusion, you’ll consistently promote “We live inclusion” and champion equal employment opportunity as a competitive advantage in your technical recruiting.
