Atlanta Tree Movers is hiring an experienced Tree Service Estimator to join our growing team in the Atlanta metro area.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who understands tree work, can confidently assess jobs on-site, price accurately, and close profitable work.
If you have direct experience in tree service estimating, arboriculture, landscape estimating, or construction estimating with field knowledge, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
* Meet clients on-site to evaluate tree removal, pruning, and related services
* Create accurate, profitable estimates
* Communicate clearly with clients and close sales
* Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth job handoff
* Represent the company professionally in the field
Requirements:
* Proven estimating experience in tree service, landscaping, or construction
* Strong understanding of tree removal logistics, equipment, and safety
* Ability to price jobs confidently without constant supervision
* Excellent communication skills
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Self-motivated and accountable
Compensation:
* 100% commission based (high earning potential for the right candidate)
